Parish Church Of Montorio
The liturgical adaptation of the parish church of Montorio (VR), included a project of functional and aesthetic upgrading of the entire presbytery and some altars.
In particular, the project in the chancel included new marble flooring and the elevation of a large backlit gilded mesh retable, which made it possible to liturgically and spatially define all the liturgical places in the chancel and at the same time be able to enhance the numerous pictorial works.
All fixed and movable sacred furnishings were designed and made according to drawings interpreting the liturgical meaning of the octagon.
A new side altar was made of local marble and dark glass to enhance the1389 statue of the 'Madonna and Child ' by Rigino.
Above, a series of ceiling panels, in addition to shielding zenithal light, highlight the path from the entrance to the cafeteria.
The project also included new, more precise and timely lighting through scenes programmed according to the liturgy.
