Art Nouveau Building - Via Rovereto

This prestigious Art Nouveau building had been in a state of disrepair for several years. A major real estate development company purchased it and on whose behalf an integral building rehabilitation project was undertaken. The exterior facades and main vertical structures were maintained, proceeding with the renovation and appropriate structural rehabilitation of the property. xxx residential units were created, some of them valuable with special interior architectural solutions, developed and customized with the specific requests of the clients. The large outdoor courtyard was enhanced in function of the important housing unit located on the mezzanine floor and to create a common pedestrian entrance with access to an 8-car mechanized parking lot.
