Historical Building - Noris Street

Comprehensive restoration intervention of a historic building in the center of the city of Verona, which made it possible to obtain several units: an office on the ground floor, a store with access from vicolo Scala, three apartments in the mezzanine, one of which has access from vicolo Scala, two apartments on the second floor, four apartments on the second floor, two of which have portions in the attic, and two apartments on the attic floor. In the courtyard and partly under the building, with a challenging intervention due to the narrowness of the sites, structural difficulties and the presence of aercheological finds, an automated garage was obtained from a total of 23 parking spaces for four basement floors. Significant archaeological excavations were carried out in the inner courtyard by a qualified company, uncovering the remains of a well of medieval origin and a piece of mosaic from Roman times.
