Historic Building - Marconi Street

Among the numerous renovations of historic buildings, including those bound by the Superintendence of Fine Arts, this building in Verona deserves mention, as it required special attention to historical and artistic aspects, along with functional and economic recovery. A radical restoration with functional recovery was carried out on the building, obtaining inside various housing units of different types, some of them with valuable frescoes.

The operation carried out by a real estate development company enhanced the building, which had been in heavy disrepair for several years, by creating 12 units, mainly residential, with prestigious executive and professional offices. In order to ensure adequate standards of livability, a five-level underground parking lot ( up to 12 m below street level) of automated and mechanized type was created in the inner courtyard.
