New complex with housing and an outpatient clinic

This project, which is currently at the feasibility design stage, concerns a new building complex to create an outpatient dental clinic, with housing on the upper floors. It is planned to be built in a valley in the province of Trento. The design study started by putting the client's needs at the center, combining different functional objectives, with site-specific regulatory objectives. Dialogue with the context was aimed at inserting the new building harmoniously and bringing the surrounding landscape into the rooms. The living quarters on the upper floors benefit from the view and openness to the landscape, while the polyclinic on the lower floor enjoys comfortable and bright spaces for high living comfort.
