Briguglio Studio

This studio was carried out in the municipality of Torrebelvicino, on the outskirts of Schio (VI), and is the transformation of a pre-existing studio that we had carried out some 25 years earlier. It became necessary, in fact, to make renovations and regulatory adjustments to the technological systems, a refurbishment of the studio for dated finishes, and above all to increase the number of operating studios, which has now become 5. The studio as a whole was reorganized by making better use of the ground floor spaces and pathways, while a private studio was created in the basement, in addition to new technical rooms. The new pneumatic, plumbing and electrical systems are located in the ceiling of the basement floor and are therefore inspectable, while new air treatment and renewal units are housed in the false ceiling of the corridors. An external heat pump powers the entire studio and takes advantage of energy produced by a new photovoltaic system on the roof.
