The firm has been following and coordinating the construction of this important production site since its realization in the year 2000, following over time all the modification, expansion and development work that has been necessary up to the present, thus for more than 25 years.
Currently, the production site is about 65,000 square meters in size of which more than 26,000 square meters is built.
There is a multi-level executive office building of nearly 1,000 square meters.
Assistance was given as early as the land purchase phase, supporting the company in the technical design definitions of the purchase. Subsequently, Arkitet Studio acted as the technical contact person for the project, dialoguing with the municipal offices and relevant agencies, coordinating the other technical specialists needed to carry out the work, as well as directly following the design phases at the various levels, from the contracting of the work to the selection of firms, the supervision of the work and the closing of the work with the necessary bureaucratic formalities.
Currently, the production site is still evolving with major expansions and updates to the distribution layout.
In this way Isopan can benefit from a study that also serves as an archive and historical memory, which is as necessary as ever today to govern the current level of complexity, required to build and develop such a production site.
