The first establishment of this new industrial reality, which took place at the turn of the first decade of the 2000s, was developed by recovering and reusing existing structures at a disused production site in Verona on Via Torricelli. Later in 2014, the reconversion of another industrial site was taken care of due to the need for expansion and expansion.
The interventions involved the rehabilitation of industrial activity in an existing warehouse, optimizing the internal distribution, routes, and placement of new machinery. The outdoor yard for heavy vehicle traffic was restored, and offices in the existing adjacent building were renovated.
Modification of the lay-out with the insertion of new machinery, maintenance of the roof, and renovation of the service block to create new executive offices was carried out.
An expansion was recently completed that resulted in the external overhaul of part of the sheds.
To this day we are involved in construction activities at the site including maintenance.
