In Mozzecane in the province of Verona, one of the largest European steel poles has developed over the last 30 years. Arkitet Studio is the technical interlocutor for this transformation, starting with the reuse of existing structures and then following all phases of expansion and new construction of both production facilities and office and service spaces. For this area, currently nearly 130,000 square meters, even complex urban planning operations have been managed. From the remodeling of the existing shed, to the first new shed in 1998 of about 27,000 square meters, to the additional new shed built in several phases between 2008 and 2019 of a total of 15,000 square meters. There are all the services necessary to operate the production site, including service areas for employees, operating offices for individual plants, and management offices.
In addition, there is a railroad track inside that is connected with the adjacent railroad, for the adjustment of which it was necessary to dialogue with the relevant agencies.
To this day we are involved in construction activities at the site including maintenance.
