New Access Verona Cathedral

In the year 2018, the project of moving the access of the many tourists and worshippers, open when there are no celebrations, from the right side of the Church to the entrance of the apse in the Bishop's Square was realized.
The overall project of the new apsidal access of Verona Cathedral involved the realization of 5 interrelated interventions functionally and materially:
- An inclined plane at the exterior entrance from Bishop's Square, eliminating the existing steps.
- New ticket counter replacing the current one with an automatic sliding glass door next to it.
- Metal structure with ramp and steps that provides a vertical connection between the area in front of the colonnaded atrium and the side entrance to the left aisle of the cathedral under the organ.
- Connecting walkway that makes the paths between the atrium of the archaeological excavations and the adjacent St. Helen's Church coplanar.
- Compass inside the church of St. John in Fonte with new steps and side ramp.
-Extension of outdoor toilets
