Numerous rearrangements of internal layouts were managed for the headquarters of this major international group to meet the constantly developing needs that have become necessary in recent years. In addition to the definition of the aesthetic aspects, support was given to all phases of the interventions, including regulatory, technical contractual, organizational and implementation aspects in all its aspects.
We are also involved in the management of routine and extraordinary maintenance of the office building.
Preliminary studies have been done for some expansion hypotheses, which are in the process of being defined and which started from a design concept of revisiting the entire executive site, with appropriate visualizations of the possible new structures in dialogue with the iconic existing executive headquarters.
