Mountain Studio

Dental office built in the center of a large town on the outskirts of Verona, San Giovanni Lupatoto. It covers an area of approx. 220 sq m, and the particularity that made the transformation more complicated consists of having operated in two adjoining apartments on the second floor of a residential complex. First, the neighboring apartment that became available was renovated and finished, and then the existing studio was transformed, thus ensuring operational continuity, connecting them functionally and systemically. New indoor temperature control is made possible by individual air units connected to a new heat pump system, while air renewal in the rooms is done with wall-mounted VMCs. The dental motor room was created inside a blind bathroom. The new Corian reception desk is barycentric to the two operating areas, each with three dental offices. Large glass doors in the rooms brighten the interior spaces, and the light colors of the pvc sheet flooring and enamel walls also contribute to the brightness of the practice.
